Rental includes:

-          Access to the acre of Colonial Revival gardens, and Courtyard

-          Access to the porches from the exterior stairs only.

-          Access to catering kitchen, restrooms, and Kidder Art Gallery

-          Access to the staff parking lot

-          Renters have the option of using their own vendors

-          Option to rent tables and chairs from the museum (limited qty.)

-          Option to rent a projector, screen, American flag, and television (interior use only)

Please Note: 

-          The Burgwin-Wright House & Gardens has an occupancy limit of

            100 people outside/50 people inside.

-          All event rentals require a $500 refundable damage security deposit.

-          A state sales tax of 7% will be applied to all rental fees.

-          Only beer and wine allowed with additional $250 damage deposit.
